JONATHAN KENDRICK

Jonathan Kendrick, co-founder, Chairman of ROKiT Industries, a leading mobile technology, applications and services company and new-business incubator, is a highly successful serial entrepreneur. Jonathan began his business career through securing the European rights to then-unknown Yokohama tyres brand (which, having successfully brought to market, he sold back to Yokohama). Recognizing, early on, the enormous potential of the mobile industry, Jonathan founded the first incarnation of ROKiT to create the technology to simplify the process of pre-paid vouchers for mobile phones. Jonathan sold ROKiT's electronic voucher technology to a leading mobile industry player in 2002 whilst retaining the ROKiT brand - which he re-launched with Co Founder with John Paul DeJoria. ROKiT has pioneered many new technologies in the rapidly-evolving mobile phone space which it licenses to Mobile Operators and Handset Manufacturers worldwide, including high quality Mobile TV which can be streamed, live and on-demand, over mass-market 2.5G as well as 3G and Wi-Fi.

JOHN PAUL DEJORIA

John Paul DeJoria is Chairman and CEO of the American corporation John Paul Mitchell Systems, the producer and manufacturer of Paul Mitchell hair care products. The company produces over 90 products that are manufactured within the United States with salon retail sales of approximately US $800m annually. Paul Mitchell products are sold through 35 distributors within the United States to more than 90,000 hair salons. Internationally, John Paul Mitchell Systems has distribution in 73 countries that market company product to over 15,000 hair salons. John Paul Mitchell Systems was the first United States-based company to market and distribute a complete line of professional hair care products within the People's Republic of China. Apart from John Paul Mitchell Sstems, John Paul's success continues with numerous other businesses, some of which include: Patron Tequila, and natural gas and environmentally friendly energy exploration companies. In addition, John Paul is on the Board of Directors of the Solar Electric Light Fund (SELF) and a member of the Council of Advisors of Global Green USA, the United States affiliate of Green Grass USA, the United States affiliate of Green Cross International, whose President is His Excellency Mikhail S. Gorbachev, former President of the U.S.S.R. He is also on the Board of Trustees of Waterkeepers, a dedicated group whose lead counsel is Robert Kennedy Jr. This dedicated group cleans up and protects the water ways of the world from polluters. He is also active with the homeless and helping them get employment.

BEN KENDRICK

Benjamin Kendrick is the Co-CEO of ROKiT Records. Benjamin has been working as CEO for a year and a half and has an extensive knowledge of music. He also worked in the club scene for 9 years as a DJ and dabbled in promotion. Benjamin has always believed that the music industry is in need of new and innovative technology to help the industry move forward in a safe, reliable and exciting way. Benjamin is credited for the innovative idea behind the ROKiT Music Comics, which is set to change the way music is viewed by the consumer on a global level.

BRUCE RENNY

Bruce is responsible for the planning and implementation of all aspects of the various marketing functions of ROKiT, to include strategy, content acquisition, design, PR and corporate communications. Bruce has great experience internationally, in numerous fields of marketing to include advertising, media, sports sponsorship, event management and product promotions, having spent 12 years before joining ROKiT with Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group. Bruce generated in excess of $100 million revenue in just five years for Virgin's Lightship Group and has lived and worked in many countries worldwide. Before joining Virgin, Bruce was a British Army officer and tank commander.
